Hello vaidehi ,
instead of deep frying the paneer you can actually take 1 pot of water add pinch of termaric powder and bring it to boil and then add paneer pieces wait for two-three min and strain the paneer and wait to get it cool.it will be very soft and will be tasty in sabji.if you can't make it in home you can actually get Nanak paneer in market.thanks alot .your recipes are just so delicious.

hotel sarakhe soup have asalyas 4 tomato barobar 1 med kanda, 1 inch ale ,5/6 lasun pakalya ekatra ukadun mixer madhun firavave. kadhai madhe tupavar 1 chamcha kanik bhajun ghyavi nantar tyavar varin ras galub ghalava chavipramane mith sakhar ghalave ,pani agadi thode garaj asalyas ghalave, ani bread che choukoni tukade tupavar mand gasvar bhajun tyat serve kartana ghalave. tomato ukadtana agadi 1/8 bitcha tukada ghatalyas rang chhan yeto.
