Chikoo Milkshake

Chikoo Milkshake in Marathi

Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings


Ingredients:
1.5 cups ripened Chikoo pieces (5 to 6 medium Chikoo)
1 cup Milk
2 to 3 tsp sugar

Method:
1) To make chikoo pieces, trim the tip off. Peel and cut into halves. Remove the seeds. Carve the white core (It is slightly sticky and may ruin the chikoo shake sometimes). Cut the chikoo into medium pieces.
2) Put the pieces into the mixer. Add some milk. Also add sugar and blend well. Add more milk as required (until you get the desired consistency)
3) Refrigerate chikoo milkshake for 4 to 5 hours. Chill and serve.

Tip:
1) To Serve milkshake immediately, use chilled milk.
